Conduct Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Risk Assessments (RA) for all critical activities.
Coordinate marine safety operations, including diving works, marine equipment handling, vessel movement, and barge operations.
Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and emergency response drills on site.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards (e.g., OSHA, ISM Code, IMCA guidelines).
Supervise subcontractors and workers to maintain a protected work setting.
Conduct routine inspections of tools, scaffolding, lifting equipment, and access platforms.
