Proper allocation of man , machine and material as per daily production plan
Ensure daily check up of moulding machines as per daily m/c check list and correcting all machine abnormalities that may
effect productivity and quality of parts to be produced before start of production.
Moulding process set up (as per process parameter standard) verification and ensure correct process setting before start of
production.
Display of all moulding related process control standards and work instructions required to carry out moulding activities in
controlled manner.
Interaction with mixing department for compound supply and compound quality related issues.
Essure availability of moulding tools, jigs, fixtures , gauges etc before start of production and get all these gadgets rectified
/modified , whenever required, during production to prevent loss of production or production of defective parts




Ensure quality of products during moulding adhering to process control norms
Handling, storage, preservation, control and identification of product in moulding process.
Solving production related problems involving personnel from related departments .
Meeting production target with minimum wastages and losses
Displaying all documents related to visual control.
Adoption of GMP ( Valuable Manufacturing Practices ) in moulding department
Maintaining all records as per QMS requirements
Interacting with QA department in case of 4M change and maintaining all records of such change control.
Ensure adherence to protected operating practices in moulding department
Providing on job training to operators & their observance audit as per decided frquency.
Recording daily production output (target Vs Actual) and production down time with reason
