Maintain and update daily sales records.
Manage attendance data and ensure timely submission to the head office.
Supervise cash, cheque, and credit outstanding of customers.
Create lists of invoices for payment from organized retailers.
Oversee petty cash expenses, including petrol/diesel and parking fees.
Update and maintain Petro card details.
Handle cash and cheque deposits into the bank.
Update current store development information and maintain an outlet list.
Monitor visicooler list and inventory status, conduct morning stock checks and evening returns, and maintain cooler and ice pack supplies.
Summarize monthly material inventory status and supervise other administrative tasks such as business card and ID card issuance.
Assist with special tasks and communicate effectively with all sales staff.




Prepare e-invoices and hand them over to Sales Representatives.
