Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 24 years of experience in handling end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have solid sourcing skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end IT recruitment (Sourcing).
Understand technical job requirements and draft clear job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback.
Negotiate salary and roll out offer letters.
Follow up with candidates until onboarding and ensure smooth joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, reports, and MIS using MS Excel.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for future hiring needs.

Required Skills
24 years of experience in IT recruitment.
Solid understanding of technical roles and hiring process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel (reports, trackers, basic formulas).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets
