Role & responsibilities
Manage Site Engineers and check there performance and update to the Partners
Execute HVAC projects and coordinate with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
Handle site escalations related to manpower, materials, design, and quantity deviations.
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
Conduct project kickoff meetings and resolve project bottlenecks.
Plan and monitor material requirements and deliveries.
Coordinate daily with labor teams and site staff.
Prepare MIS reports, site audits, billing, and project documentation.
Support process improvements and ensure adherence to installation standards.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: 3 to 9 years in HVAC project execution or operations management.
Education: B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Skills: Strong expertise in HVAC/MEP project management, client coordination, billing, and material planning.
