Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement effective placement strategies to achieve business objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners and students.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.




Monitor and evaluate placement performance metrics to optimize results.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in placements and recruitment, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
Solid knowledge of the recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Experience working with diverse stakeholders, including industry partners and students.
