We are hiring an Interview Specialist for Bajaj Capital India's largest wealth management firm with a 61-year legacy – at our Gurugram Office (Novus Tower).

Role Summary

The Interview Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end interview process and ensuring the selection of high-quality talent through structured assessment and evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct structured interviews to assess candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.

Manage the interview process from candidate screening to final evaluation.

Evaluate candidates using Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) techniques (preferred).

Assess candidates objectively and provide detailed interview feedback with hiring recommendations.





Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and effective selection process.

Maintain high standards of recruitment quality and candidate experience.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 5+ years of experience in recruitment, interviewing, and candidate assessment.

Solid understanding of the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.

Excellent interviewing, evaluation, and decision-making skills.

Experience in Behavioral Event Interviewing (BEI) is preferred.

Proficiency in Kannada and/or Telugu is preferred.

Male candidates are preferred for this role.
