Roles and Responsibility
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to software applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and implement effective solutions to improve customer satisfaction and reduce technical issues.
Conduct site visits to diagnose and repair hardware and software problems.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issue resolutions.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




Proven experience as a Senior Engineer in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry.
Solid knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with MicroLand Limited products and services is an added advantage.
