Role & responsibilities
Supervise and execute plumbing, water supply, drainage, rainwater, and sanitary works at site.
Study and interpret plumbing drawings and coordinate with MEP, civil, and architectural teams.
Prepare quantity estimates and material requirements.
Monitor manpower productivity and subcontractor activities.
Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
Prepare daily progress reports and measurement sheets for billing.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project management teams.
Ensure completion of works as per project schedule.

Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E. in Civil or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing project execution.
Knowledge of water supply, drainage, STP, hydro-pneumatic systems, and plumbing standards.
Ability to read AutoCAD drawings and BOQs.
Valuable communication and team coordination skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites in and around Tamil Nadu.
