The Job:
AI/ML Solution Development
Design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions using Python and contemporary AI frameworks.
Build scalable AI services, REST APIs, and optimize models for performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Data Engineering & Preparation
Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and inference.
Work with structured and unstructured data for feature engineering, vectorization, and model development.
Model Deployment & MLOps
Deploy, monitor, and maintain ML models using MLOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
Manage model lifecycle, performance monitoring, logging, and retraining strategies.
AI Architecture & Integration
Design and implement RAG-based AI solutions using vector databases and LLMs.
Integrate AI applications with cloud platforms, enterprise systems, and APIs while ensuring security and compliance.
Cross-functional Collaboration




Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions.
Conduct POCs, demos, and communicate AI capabilities and technical solutions to stakeholders.

Your Profile
Robust proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, Transformers).
Hands-on experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Llama, etc.).
Expertise in ML algorithms, NLP, deep learning, and vector embeddings.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) and serverless compute.
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Azure ML, SageMaker, or Databricks).
Experience using vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Azure AI Search).
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
