Job Description:

We are looking for an organised and proactive Client Relations & Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day operations, maintain accurate records, manage customer relationships, and support the sales team in achieving targets. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys multitasking and wants to grow in a client-facing operational role.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily operational activities and ensure smooth workflow
Maintain accurate data records and bookkeeping (customer details, transactions, invoices, MIS reports)
Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups to ensure high satisfaction
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, support, admin) to ensure timely delivery of services
Assist and support the sales team in achieving monthly/quarterly targets
Prepare and update reports, records, and documentation as required




Ensure all tasks and targets are completed within deadlines
Handle basic administrative and operational tasks as assigned

Required Skills:
Valuable communication skills (verbal and written)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Customer handling and problem-solving skills
Ability to work well in a team workplace
Attention to detail, especially for data/record keeping

Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
Prior experience in operations, back-office, or customer service is a plus but not mandatory
