Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Drive retail enquiries through field visits, market mapping, and lead generation activities.
Conduct vehicle demos, explain product features, and handle customer objections.
Ensure consistent follow-up and convert leads into retail bookings.
Support dealers with walk-ins, test drives, documentation, and delivery coordination.
Execute BTL activities such as road shows, market storms, and customer meets.
Identify fleet prospects and initiate first-level discussions.
Track competitor schemes, pricing, and customer feedback from the field.
Maintain CRM/Lead Squared hygiene and report funnel status daily.
Work with finance partners to enable customer loan approvals.
Ensure high-quality customer experience at the point of sale.

Eligibility Criteria:
Experience in automotive 3W/4W LCV, MCV sales preferred from similar industry
Robust communication skills and willingness for daily on-ground activities.
