Roles and Responsibility / Duties to be Performed:-
Supervise & lead a team of fire fighters and other emergency personnel.
Provide Guidance, mentorship and training to sub ordinates.
Establish & enforce Dept. & organisation polices, procedure and safety standards.
Conduct performance evaluation and address personal issues as necessary.
Respond to emergency calls and lead firefighting and rescue operations.
Coordinate resource, such as personnel, equipment and vehicle.
Conduct inspection of plant to ensure compliance with fire codes & regulation.
Identify and address potential fire hazard and recommend corrective action.
Develop and implement fire prevention programmes.
Develop and delivers training programs for fire fighters and employees, workers & emergency personnel.
Conduct fire drill to ensure readiness and improve response capabilities.
Ensure periodical inspection / checking / monitoring of fire safety equipment, & maintain record & documentation of fire incident & others fire service related data.
Ensure IMS & 5-S documentation preparedness, implementation, updating at workplace.
Manage Budget & Resources efficiently.
Participate in meeting, committees and others administrative task as required.




To maintain the all spare related to maintence of fire safety & emergency equipment.
To ensure & provide the Manpower for standby duties near PTW job.
Establish and Maintain positive relationship with community & Government authority. Take fire NOC for the company.
