Role Overview:

The Inventory Manager is responsible for centrally managing inventory operations across multiple centres from the corporate officeensuring the right materials are available at the right time while minimizing waste and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

Stock Planning & Replenishment — Forecast needs, maintain Re-Order Levels (ROL), and ensure timely restocking across all centres.

Coordination — Liaise with centre teams and vendors to guarantee seamless material availability.

Inventory Control — Minimize stock-outs and excess inventory; track short-expiry, non-moving, and slow-moving items to reduce wastage.

Record-Keeping & Reporting — Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare MIS reports for management review.

Formulary Management — Apply knowledge of drugs and consumables to support formulary decisions.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems

Experience in multi-location inventory control

Robust vendor coordination and communication skills
