Job Description

We are looking for experienced Solar O&M; specialists to lead Operations & Maintenance activities for utility-scale solar power plants.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end O&M; activities for solar plants with a cumulative capacity of 500 MW or above.
Drive plant performance, generation optimization, and asset reliability.
Ensure preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance execution.
Monitor plant availability, PR, CUF, and operational KPIs.
Ensure compliance with HSE standards, statutory requirements, and grid regulations.
Lead site teams, contractors,



and stakeholder coordination.
Drive cost optimization, inventory management, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Candidate Profile
13+ years of experience in Solar Power Plant Operations & Maintenance.
Hands-on experience managing utility-scale solar projects (500 MW+).
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Sound knowledge of SCADA, Grid Compliance, Protection Systems, and Performance Monitoring.
Experience in IPP/EPC/Renewable Energy organizations preferred.
