Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily HVAC and MEP installation, erection, and commissioning activities on-site.
Monitor workforce, contractors, and labor progress to ensure tasks match project drawings and engineering standards.
Coordinate material delivery schedules and verify onsite inventory to prevent project delays.
Handle basic site issues, quality control checks, and track any design deviations or material shortages.
Maintain clear daily progress logs, site reports, and safety compliance documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or any degree or diploma.
Skills: Strong understanding of HVAC systems, MEP drawings, ducting, and piping.
Attributes: Good problem-solving ability, team coordination skills, and a willingness to work full-time on-site.
