Key Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE (FCUBS V11.x 14.x) implementation.
Robust experience in Core Banking Implementation and Core Banking Transformation projects.
Expertise in Product Walkthrough (PWT), Scope Study, Gap Analysis, Product Parameterization, UAT, Business Simulation, and Production Rollout.
Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing BRD, SRS, Functional Specifications, and Test Plans.
Solid knowledge of Core Banking Operations, including General Ledger, Loans, Teller, Payments, and Trade Finance.
Experience as a Functional Consultant or Business Analyst in the Core Banking domain.
Ability to analyze business requirements and design functional solutions.
Robust understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in issue triaging, defect management,



root cause analysis, and production support.
Ability to lead onsite/offshore teams and collaborate with business users, vendors, and development teams.
Experience in user training, stakeholder management, and implementation support.
Knowledge of manual testing for banking applications is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
