We are looking for an Area Operations Manager to manage multi site operations for ValetEZ within a defined geography. The role includes team management, client interaction, incident handling, and ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day to day operations across multiple sites (parking/valet/client locations).
Ensure adequate staffing, discipline, and performance of supervisors, valets, and attendants.
Monitor site performance, audits, revenue leakages, and compliance.
Handle client meetings, escalations, and regular performance reviews.
Lead incident management and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
Coordinate with HR, Deployment, Tech,



and Accounts for smooth operations.

Required Skills Qualifications
3 7 years experience in multi site operations (parking, facility management, logistics, hospitality or similar).
Proven experience in client handling and incident management.
Robust people management and field execution skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across sites.
