About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, execution-driven Product Manager to lead AI-led product initiatives across our payments ecosystem. In this role you will identify where intelligent and automated experiences can meaningfully improve how merchants and users interact with our products and own those bets from idea to shipped product. The specific surfaces will evolve over time, so were looking for someone who can move with where the technology and the opportunities go.

What You Will Do
Own and drive AI-powered product initiatives end to end from identifying high-impact use cases to scoping, shipping, and iterating across a range of merchant and user-facing surfaces.
Translate ambiguous, open-ended problems into explicit product requirements, working closely with engineering, design, and data teams.
Partner cross-functionally (across payments, support, growth, and risk) to find where automation and smarter experiences create measurable value.
Define success metrics, run experiments, and use data to decide what to scale, change, or kill.
Stay close to emerging AI capabilities and tooling,



and make pragmatic calls on whats actually feasible and worth building as the landscape shifts.

What We Are Looking For
3 to 6 years of core product management experience, with a track record of shipping products in collaboration with engineering and design.
Solid product fundamentals: discovery, prioritization, and the ability to drive execution in ambiguity.
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts and contemporary AI tooling enough to scope whats feasible and collaborate credibly with technical teams.
Comfort with data and tools like SQL to pull insights, build dashboards, and define metrics.
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives independently. Exposure to payments or fintech is a plus, but not mandatory.
