Travel extensively across the assigned state to visit colleges and junior colleges.
Conduct guest lectures, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions for students.
Promote PIBM's academic programs and create awareness among students and educational institutions.
Build and maintain robust relationships with Principals, Directors, Heads of Departments (HODs), Placement Officers, and faculty members.
Represent PIBM professionally during institutional visits, seminars, education fairs, and academic events.
Coordinate with colleges for academic engagement activities and future collaborations.
Maintain daily visit reports and institutional interaction records.
Achieve assigned outreach and engagement targets.

Mandatory Educational Qualifications





Candidates must meet any one of the following educational criteria:
MBA in Finance (Mandatory)

OR
B.Com followed by M.Com (Both qualifications are mandatory. Candidates with only B.Com will not be considered.)

OR
M.Tech (Preferred)

Candidates who do not meet the above educational qualifications will not be considered

Travel Requirement
This is a field-based role requiring extensive travel.
Candidates must be comfortable travelling regularly across their assigned state and visiting multiple colleges and junior colleges.
Willingness to travel frequently is mandatory.
