Role & responsibilities
Receive raw materials as per approved Purchase Orders.
Verify quantity, batch number, COA, and packing condition during receipt.
Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
Coordinate with QA/QC for sampling and material release.
Store materials under prescribed temperature and humidity conditions.
Ensure proper identification, labeling, and segregation of materials.
Maintain quarantine, approved, rejected, and returned material areas.
Follow FIFO/FEFO during material issuance.
Issue raw materials to production against approved requisitions/BMR.
Maintain stock registers, bin cards, and pharma cloud records.
Perform daily, monthly, and annual stock verification and reconciliation.
Monitor expiry, retest dates, slow-moving, and non-moving inventory.
Maintain housekeeping and comply.
Ensure compliance with cGMP, GDP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits ( WHO-GMP, ROW etc.).
Coordinate with Purchase, PPIC, QA, QC, Production, and Finance departments for uninterrupted material availability

Preferred candidate profile

Pharmaceutical formulation background candidates preferred.
