Software Tester / QA Analyst Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester (2 4 years experience) to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing web and/or mobile applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. The candidate must have hands-on experience with manual and/or automation testing in Agile settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business and technical requirements to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
Execute manual and/or automated test cases for functional, regression, integration, and UI testing.
Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to resolve issues.
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing (for web/mobile apps).
Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)



by helping stakeholders execute test scenarios.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 4 years of experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automation).
Solid understanding of software testing lifecycle (STLC) and defect lifecycle.
Experience with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Zephyr).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL for database validation.
Experience with automation tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter (if applicable).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
