Role & responsibilities
Handle customer queries through voice/chat/email support.
Provide prompt and accurate solutions to customer concerns.
Maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
Update customer information in the system after every interaction.
Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Follow company policies and process guidelines.
Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts if required.
Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile
Graduate or Undergraduate (as per company requirement)
Excellent English communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong problem-solving ability
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable working in rotational shifts
