We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Holiday Package Consultant to join our team in Zirakpur, Mohali. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 10 years of experience in holiday packages sales and operations.

Roles and Responsibility
Handle inbound and outbound holiday package inquiries for South East Asia, US, UK, and Europe destinations.
Customize and curate travel itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
Provide expert advice on destinations, hotels, flights, and activities.
Ensure timely follow-ups, client satisfaction, and smooth end-to-end booking processes.
Meet and exceed sales targets with a solid focus on customer service.
Maintain updated knowledge of travel trends, visa requirements, and industry updates.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1 year to 10 years of experience in holiday packages sales and operations.
Prior experience with South East Asia, US, UK,



and Europe holiday packages is mandatory.
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Graduation qualification required.
