Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing an excellent shopping experience, understanding customer needs, recommending suitable eyewear solutions, and achieving store sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide a warm, engaging shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable frames, lenses, sunglasses, and accessories.
Demonstrate product features and explain lens options and ongoing promotions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Handle billing and POS transactions accurately.
Maintain visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
Assist in stock management, inventory checks,



and replenishment.
Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.
Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.

Eligibility
Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary (12th Pass).
Graduation is an added advantage.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates with experience in retail, customer service, hospitality, telecom, fashion, or FMCG sales are preferred.

Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Team player with good problem-solving skills.
Basic computer knowledge.

Preferred Experience
03 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
Experience in optical or eyewear retail will be an added advantage.
