Role & responsibilities
Identify and develop recent business opportunities in the DG Set, HHP, and Electrical Panel segments.
Handle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to order closure.
Manage project execution activities and ensure timely completion of projects.
Coordinate with customers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare quotations, techno-commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts.
Achieve sales targets and expand market presence in assigned territories.
Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and channel partners.
Monitor project progress and ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with the engineering and service teams for successful project execution.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence reports.
Travel to customer sites for meetings, project discussions, and business development activities.

Preferred candidate profile




Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales, Project Execution, or Business Development.
Experience in the DG Set, Electrical Panel, Power Solutions, or Industrial Equipment industry is preferred.
Solid knowledge of project sales, tendering, and customer relationship management.
Ability to handle key accounts, contractors, consultants, and OEM customers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical Engineering will be preferred.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings, site visits, and business development activities.
Candidates with experience in industrial sales, technical sales, and project execution will be given preference.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously.
