Role & responsibilities We are looking for an creative Civil Engineer to design, develop and construct a huge range of projects including high-rise building and commercial building from conception through to completion.
Manage to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies satisfy technical specifications
Assess potential risks, materials and costs
Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies
Project execution and site management.
Monitor progress and compile reports in project status
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Management of Contactor & Labour
Billing and Management.
Management of time as per Target
Co-ordination with Architect, contractor, client and management.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits,



quality and safety etc and deliver technical files and other technical documentation as required
Over all responsibility of construction site and project.

SKILLS
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a skilled engineering firm or site management role.
Proven working experience in civil engineering
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
Project management and supervision skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
License of qualified engineer
Reporting and documentation

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of Finishing in all aspect and having knowledge of billing for Client & Contractor
