Job Title: HORECA & Institutional Sales Manager

Location: Delhi NCR with reporting location @ Gurgaon

Department: Sales (Business Development)

Reporting To: Corporate Head/ General Manger Sales & Development

Role Overview:

We are seeking a energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to expand our presence in the HORECA and Institutional segments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth within the premium chocolate category.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
Identify and onboard current clients in the HORECA sector, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering services.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients such as corporate offices, educational institutions, and hospitals.
Should have strong networking with Airlines, Embassies, Entertainment Industry.




Should have ability to do Annual Tie Ups and Out door Catering (ODC) with Corporates/Event Planners
Sales & Business Development:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to increase market share and brand visibility in the assigned segments.
Market Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify current opportunities.
Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and potential areas for growth and gifting.
Promotional Activities:
Coordinate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns tailored for the HORECA and institutional sectors.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to showcase our product offerings.
