Qualification- BE Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical

Experience- 10 to 15 Years

Job Description:
Oversee daily operations of the plant to ensure that all biomass process, biogas production & methane purification including safety goals are met as per daily targets.
Understanding Bio-CNG/Bio-gas production methodology & different type of biomass handling and its feeding process
Thorough understanding of Identification, troubleshooting and repair activities mechanical, pneumatic and easy electrical problems on plant facilities and production equipments
Ensure execution of maintenance plan for all the machines as per SM,PM
Understand and enforce protected work practices related to the following: respiratory protection, elevated work platforms, fall protection, control of hazardous energy (Lockout/Tagout procedure), fire protection systems, electrical safety, forklift/hoist operation, welding, cutting, brazing, confined space entry, PPE and employee Right to Know
Coordination with Local Labour team and Safety audit team.
Manage critical machines and resource planning for Plant spare parts,




Follow up with purchase department for timely delivery of plant short/long lead items
Support on safety issues (explosive and hazardous gas, work safety, personal protective equipment)
Implementation of MIS, protocols for daily, weekly and monthly data.
Accountable for Daily processing and production volume
Responsible for daily Straw processing target
Responsible for Gas purification and processing including gas cascades
Oversee the daily Monitoring and capturing data of all utility, auxiliary systems
Coordination of humus, manure, compost collection and transportation to Client
Drive and implement management systems and initiatives such as IMS, TPM, KAIZEN and Business Excellence for department
Preparation of energy and mass balances
Knowledge of PLC/DCS Trouble shooting & problem solving
Development and realization of further progress for optimization of the plants performance
Coordinate and provide feedback to Management for planning and monitoring of plant activities
Ensure safety procedures are followed at all levels and valuable housekeeping levels are maintained.
