Job Title: Operations Executive Control Tower (L3/L4 Level)

Location: Work from Office
Working Hours: Shift-based (11:00 AM to 1:00 AM)

Weekly Off: On low-volume weekdays (subject to business requirements)

About the Role:

We are building an Operations Control Tower to manage and monitor real-time delivery order. The candidate will play a key role in managing the live order dashboard, resolving issues, and ensuring timely deliveries hence take load off from store team in troubleshooting logistic related issues

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and manage the real-time order dashboard to ensure all orders are progressing as per timelines.
Coordinate with store teams to expedite order preparation and dispatch.
Arrange for delivery through marketplace delivery partners when required.




Communicate with customers/guests in case of delivery-related queries or escalations.
Support operations during high-volume periods and extend working hours when necessary.
Maintain accurate data and operational reports using MS Excel, Word, and Email communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and issue resolution.

Requirements:
Experience: 12 years of experience in operations or Customer support
Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Skills:
Robust communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced, real-time setting.
Willingness to work in shifts and extended hours on high-volume days.
