Scrum Master Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master with 2 4 years of experience to lead Agile teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a team-oriented, self-organizing team setting that embraces Agile principles.

Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile practices and principles to improve efficiency and product quality.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized.
Identify and remove blockers to keep the team focused and productive.
Track and report team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burn-down charts).
Promote continuous improvement by gathering feedback and fostering open communication.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of features.




Support Agile adoption and cultural change within the organization.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2 4 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
Robust understanding of Scrum, Agile frameworks, and software development lifecycle.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with Agile tools like JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps, or similar.
Ability to handle multiple teams or projects simultaneously.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.
