Role & responsibilities
Develop, implement, maintain and continually improve the QMS.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and QCI-NABET (EIA, AEA & APA/MPPA) requirements.
Coordinate Initial Accreditation, Surveillance, Re-accreditation, Scope Expansion and Expert Approval activities.
Prepare, review and control the Quality Manual, SOPs, Procedures, Work Instructions, Formats and Checklists.
Maintain document and record control including revision management, master lists and controlled copies.
Plan and conduct internal quality, process and compliance audits.
Identify non-conformities, perform root cause analysis and monitor CAPA until closure.
Organize Management Review Meetings and track action items.
Develop and monitor Quality Objectives and KPIs.
Coordinate employee competency assessment, training and awareness programmes.




Conduct risk assessments and maintain risk and chance registers.
Support NABET, ISO, customer and regulatory audits.
Monitor changes in NABET schemes, ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
Drive continual improvement, process optimization and quality culture across the organization.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust knowledge of ISO 9001:2015.
Knowledge of QCI-NABET accreditation requirements.
Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.
Risk assessment and process mapping.
Robust planning, communication and stakeholder coordination.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
