Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile
Achieve monthly primary and secondary sales targets.
Appoint and develop recent distributors and retail outlets.
Execute company trade schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities.
Conduct daily market visits with distributor sales representatives .
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain distributor hygiene.
Manage stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations.
Submit daily sales reports, beat plans, expense reports, and market intelligence.
Build solid relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
