Key Responsibilities:
IT Infrastructure Management:

o Oversee the installation, maintenance, and management of the malls IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
Ensure the reliability and security of all IT systems and infrastructure.
Plan and implement upgrades as necessary.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to mall staff and tenants, addressing hardware and software issues promptly.
Manage and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.
Maintain a helpdesk system to track and resolve issues efficiently.
System Administration:
Administer and maintain critical business applications, including retail management systems, POS systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans are in place and regularly tested.
Project Management:
Lead IT projects, from planning and implementation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate with other departments and external vendors to achieve project goals.
Cybersecurity:
Develop and implement cybersecurity policies and procedures to protect the mall’s digital assets.
Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.




Respond to security breaches and implement corrective measures.
Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and contractors.
Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective and reliable services.
Budgeting and Financial Management:
Develop and manage the IT department’s budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Monitor and control expenditures to stay within budgetary constraints.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and supervise IT staff, providing guidance and support for career development.
Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvement plans as needed.
Foster a positive and team-oriented team workplace.

• CCTV Installation and Management:
Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of CCTV systems throughout the mall.
Ensure all cameras and recording devices are functioning correctly and are positioned optimally for security coverage.
Regularly review and update the CCTV system to meet security requirements and technological advancements.
Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of CCTV equipment to ensure optimal performance.
