Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Electroplating Process Management:
Oversee the electroplating process from start to finish, ensuring compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Develop, refine, and implement electroplating processes for various substrates and materials.
Monitor and control the electroplating bath solutions, adjusting parameters as necessary to maintain optimal plating conditions.
Ensure proper maintenance of plating equipment, tools, and machinery.
Perform regular testing and analysis of electroplated products to ensure they meet required specifications and finish quality.
Troubleshooting and Maintenance:
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plating quality, machinery, and bath chemistry.
Conduct regular maintenance checks on electroplating equipment and recommend repairs or replacements.




Investigate and implement solutions to improve plating efficiency and reduce waste.
Process Optimization:
Analyze plating processes to identify prospects for improvements in speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Implement process adjustments and experiment with current technologies, techniques, and materials to enhance plating quality and production efficiency.
Maintain records and track key performance metrics to monitor process improvements.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors Degree (B .Tech / B.E.) in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Material Science, or a related engineering discipline.

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Chemistry with a solid foundation in electrochemistry. He must have minimum 2years experience in Electro platting.
