We are looking for an experienced Architect to lead the planning, design, and execution of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use real estate projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage architectural design lifecycle from concept to project handover.
Prepare and review layouts, working drawings, elevations, sections, and details.
Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Interior, Landscape, PMC, and other consultants.
Ensure compliance with NBC, building regulations, and statutory approvals.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in architectural design and project execution.
Robust experience in residential and commercial projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop; Revit/BIM knowledge preferred.
Robust understanding of construction drawings, detailing, site execution, and consultant coordination.
