Job Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the showroom team to ensure high-performance standards and productivity.
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed showroom targets and goals.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom layout and product displays.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
Provide training and mentoring to staff to enhance their product knowledge and sales techniques.
Establish and maintain solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Resolve customer complaints and queries in a prompt and qualified manner.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Prepare and manage the showroom budget, ensuring effective cost control.
Organize and execute promotional events to increase foot traffic and sales.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Collaborate with marketing teams to enhance brand visibility and marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
