We are seeking an energetic, result-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, manage sales teams, generate and convert leads, and build strong relationships with prospective buyers for residential and commercial real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership: Lead, mentor, and track the daily performance of the sales team to ensure individual and collective monthly targets are met.
Lead Generation & Conversion: Proactively generate current leads through local networking, cold calling, and channel partners, while effectively following up on marketing leads to convert them into site visits and sales.
Site Visit Management: Coordinate and conduct structured in office property visits, deliver impactful project presentations, and guide clients through project layouts and amenities.
Deal Closure: Pitch offerings to high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), manage pricing negotiations, and successfully close bookings.
Channel Partner Network:



Build and expand relationships with real estate brokers and channel partners to boost external lead generation.
End-to-End Client Guidance: Walk clients through property selection, booking procedures, payment schedules, and documentation.
Market Intelligence: Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to refine sales pitches and lead-generation tactics.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven sales experience in Real Estate (residential/commercial), with demonstrated experience in lead generation and managing direct reports or sub-agents.

Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales preferred).

Skills:
Proven leadership abilities and team handling skills.
Robust expertise in lead generation, site visit conversion, and deal closing.
In-depth understanding of the local real estate market.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
Must be comfortable managing weekend client site visits and team schedules.
