Role & responsibilities
Diagnose and resolve complex mechanical alignment issues, driveline vibrations, or coupling failures for heavy earthmoving vehicles or construction equipment like excavator, loader etc.
Expert in advanced hydraulic troubleshooting (CLSS, Hydrostatic), core component overhauling, and complex engine diagnostic systems (CRDI, HPCR, MEUI) for excavator or loader.
Advanced Excavator Repairs & Structural Overhaul: Expert in complete bench repair, internal component inspection, and troubleshooting
Engine Diagnostics & Advanced Repairs: Mastered Tappet Setting, Head Gasket Replacement, and specialized diagnostic testing including Injectors Cut-off Test, Engine Blow-by Test, Engine Calibration, and Def regeneration.
Engine Problem Resolution: Diagnosed and resolved complex engine faults like Engine Lugging, RPM drop, low power, engine knocking, overheating,



and advanced Recent EGR System related failures.
Proficient in troubleshooting and servicing HPCR (High Pressure Common Rail fuel system), CRDI, and MEUI engine systems.
In office field service support for Excavators / Loaders
Intensive hands-on experience in automotive and commercial vehicle assembly lines

Preferred candidate profile
B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile Engineering
10+ Years of experience within the earthmoving, mining, or heavy construction equipment industry (e.g., excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes).
Must have a proven track record in Production/Assembly and Product Support/Service
Proficiency in 3D CAD modeling
