CivilMantra ConsAI Ltd. is a leading infrastructure consulting organization committed to delivering excellence through innovation, technology, and engineering expertise. We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to strengthen our Finance & Accounts team.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation and finalization of financial statements in compliance with IND AS.
Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations for Listed Companies, including statutory and regulatory filings.
Lead the Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Planning process.
Manage statutory, internal, tax, and secretarial audits while coordinating with auditors.
Oversee direct and indirect taxation, including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
Handle treasury operations, cash flow management, banking relationships, and fund planning.




Develop financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Ensure timely MIS reporting and provide financial analysis to support management decision-making.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive financial discipline and process improvements.

Required Qualifications
Chartered Accountant (CA)
5–7 years of post-qualification experience in Finance & Accounts.
Robust knowledge of IND AS, Financial Reporting, Listed Company Compliance, Taxation, Treasury Management, Budgeting, and Audit.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
