Role & responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer financing needs and recommend appropriate unsecured loan solutions.
Explain loan products, interest rates, repayment terms, fees, and eligibility criteria.
Generate leads through referrals, outbound calling, digital channels, and networking activities.
Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documentation.
Conduct preliminary assessments of customer eligibility and creditworthiness.
Coordinate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Follow up on pending applications and provide regular status updates to customers.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and responsible lending practices.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
Maintain accurate customer records in CRM and loan management systems.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues in a qualified manner.
