Role & Responsibilities:

Take complete ownership of assigned projects from initiation to closure.
Lead and drive in office execution teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
Conduct and drive project meetings with internal teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers.
Understand technical RFPs and convert them into executable project plans.
Prepare and manage:
Project plans
Resource plans
Timelines and milestones
Daily / Weekly progress trackers
Maintain complete project documentation including:
Technical documentation
Handover documents
Sign-off documentation
Risk assessment and mitigation plans
Act as a bridge between internal IT teams, OEMs, vendors, and customers.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:

Project Management:
Strong project coordination and execution skills
Ability to drive structured project meetings
Risk identification and mitigation planning




Proficient in documentation and reporting
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Solid working knowledge of MS Excel (trackers, reporting, planning sheets)

Technical Expertise (Preferred Multi-Domain Exposure)

Candidate should have hands-on knowledge in multiple areas:
LAN Structured Cabling (strong knowledge)
Fiber Components & OFC Infrastructure
Cisco Networking (Switching/Routing Basics)
Wireless Solutions
UPS Systems
Audio Video systems
CCTV Systems
Access Control & Biometric Systems

Job Nature:
This is a full-time in office project role.
Base location is Bangalore; however, projects may be located anywhere in India.
Candidate must be willing to travel extensively and be deployed at project sites as per

requirement.
