About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and versatile Private Chef to cater to a family of five in Goa. The ideal candidate should have robust experience in preparing a variety of cuisines, maintaining high standards of hygiene, and delivering high-quality meals tailored to the familys preferences and dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare daily breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks for the family.
Cook a wide range of cuisines, including Indian, Continental, Asian, Mediterranean, and other international cuisines.
Plan weekly and monthly menus based on family preferences and seasonal ingredients.
Source, inspect, and manage groceries and kitchen inventory as required.
Maintain exceptional standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Prepare meals for guests, family gatherings, and special occasions when needed.
Manage food storage and minimize wastage.




Accommodate specific dietary requirements and preferences.

Requirements
Proven experience as a Private Chef, Personal Chef, Executive Chef, or similar role.
Robust expertise in multi-cuisine cooking.
Ability to prepare healthy, nutritious, and restaurant-quality meals.
Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Professional, discreet, and trustworthy in a private household environment.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications
Culinary certification or formal hospitality training.
Previous experience working with private residences, HNIs, or expatriate families.
Knowledge of special diets and nutrition planning.
