Role Overview.
The Senior Executive Sales will be responsible for acquiring new business customers and driving revenue growth across Bhpost's domestic and international shipping services.
The role requires a consultative selling approach, enabling customers to leverage the most suitable shipping solutions based on their business requirements.
This is a hunter role with responsibility for lead generation, customer acquisition, revenue growth, and account development.

Key Responsibilities.

Business Development.
? Identify and acquire recent business customers across SMEs, D2C brands, e-commerce sellers, manufacturers, traders, and enterprise accounts.
? Generate leads through field sales, networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and partnerships.
? Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Sales & Revenue Growth.
? Drive revenue across both domestic and international shipping solutions.
? Understand customer shipping requirements and recommend the most suitable logistics solutions.
? Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.




? Negotiate commercial terms and close current business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management.
? Build long-term relationships with customers.
? Conduct regular business reviews and identify growth opportunities.
? Coordinate with Customer Success and Operations to ensure excellent service delivery.
? Drive account expansion through cross-selling and upselling.

Sales Planning & Market Intelligence.
? Track market trends and competitor activities.
? Identify emerging customer segments and business prospects.
? Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.
? Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams.

Cross-Functional Coordination.
? Work closely with Operations, Pricing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
? Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation activities.
? Ensure timely resolution of customer concerns and commercial issues.
