Role & responsibilities
1Knowledge of Identification of Raw Material Identification as per Color Coding.
2.Job Work Supplier Performance (including Quality and Delivery) monitoring & evaluation as per defined frequency.
Capable of production planning for machine shop and assembly of product.
4.Knowledge of different manufacturing processes(Turning, Milling, Honning, Drilling, Surface Grinding)
5.Risk Assessment & Mitigation, Contingency planning
Having Knowledge of Material Demand Note as per BOM
7.Knowledge of different manufacturing processes(Phosphating, Gas Nitriding,Induction Hardening, Heat Treatment)
Should have knowledge of accessing the Quality & Delivery rating of supplier.
