Consultant - Network Security (Access Governance Focus)

Review end-to-end Logical Access Management (LAM) including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle, ensuring timely provisioning, modification, and deprovisioning of user access across enterprise systems

Execute and govern User Access Reviews (UARs) with business stakeholders, improving compliance and reducing unauthorized access risks

Designed and implemented Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) frameworks, aligning access rights with job roles and enforcing least privilege principles

Identify and mitigate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts

Define and enforce access approval matrices and workflows, ensuring consistent governance across applications and infrastructure

Identity & Access Management (IAM/PAM)

Administer Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, managing privileged groups, GPOs, and identity lifecycle controls

Lead Privileged Access Management (PAM) lifecycle including:

o Privileged account onboarding and governance

o Credential vaulting and secure access controls

o Session monitoring and audit logging

o Emergency (break-glass) access management





Applied Zero Trust principles for identity verification and secure access enforcement

Network Security & Access Control Integration

Conduct firewall rule reviews and access validation, ensuring adherence to defined access control policies

Review and monitor privileged access to network devices and infrastructure

Security Monitoring, Reporting & Compliance

Develop access governance metrics (UAR completion, privileged access usage)

Support internal and external audits with complete documentation and evidence
