Role & responsibilities
Develop, implement, and periodically review security policies, protocols, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Train and guide security personnel and other employees on security policies, emergency procedures, and compliance requirements.
Prepare, review, and maintain security-related documentation, including incident reports, investigation reports, proposals, and strategic initiatives.
Conduct internal investigations related to losses, violations, and policy breaches, and present findings to management.
Identify, investigate, and resolve security breaches and vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
Manage and control the security department budget, ensuring cost-effective operations and monitoring expenses.
Recruit, train, deploy, and supervise security officers and guards to ensure optimal coverage and performance.
Attend cross-functional meetings with management to understand operational requirements and align security support accordingly.
Lead and coordinate security staff during emergency situations, alarms, and crisis scenarios.




Review daily and periodic security reports on incidents, breaches, and preventive measures.
Investigate security-related issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Prepare periodic security status reports and presentations for senior management.

Preferred candidate profile
Ex-Serviceman (Army / Navy / Air Force) with an honorable discharge.
Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in security management, preferably in industrial, manufacturing, or large campus settings.
Solid background in developing and implementing security policies, SOPs, and emergency response procedures.
Experience in handling crisis situations, emergency coordination, and executive protection when required.
Sound knowledge of surveillance systems (CCTV), access control systems, fire safety norms, and statutory compliance.
Experience in conducting internal investigations and preparing detailed incident and compliance reports.
