Role & responsibilities
Assist in the collection and preparation of samples from raw materials, clinker, cement, coal, and process streams.
Perform routine laboratory tests as per established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Record, compile, and maintain test results and laboratory data accurately.
Support senior chemists and QC engineers in analysis, reporting, and troubleshooting activities.
Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of laboratory samples and chemicals.
Help monitor product quality at various stages of the manufacturing process.
Participate in calibration, maintenance, and housekeeping of laboratory instruments and equipment.
Follow laboratory safety guidelines, quality procedures, and environmental standards.
Learn and comply with ISO quality systems, testing standards, and documentation requirements.
Coordinate with production and process teams for sample collection and quality monitoring.
