Position: Cluster Manager Agency
Location: Vijayawada
CTC: Up to 14.5 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
Drive Agency business across multiple branches within the assigned cluster.
Recruit, train, and develop Agency Managers and insurance advisors.
Achieve sales, recruitment, and revenue targets.
Monitor branch performance and ensure business growth.
Coach and mentor teams to improve productivity and conversion.
Maintain solid relationships with branch stakeholders and ensure operational excellence.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Agency Channel sales within Life/Health Insurance.
Currently working in a Core Agency role.
Experience handling multiple branches/teams.
Solid team management and business development skills.
Average job stability of at least 3 years in previous organizations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
