We are looking for a skilled CNC Programming Specialist to drive machining excellence and productivity in our operations.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and optimize CNC programs for turning, milling, drilling, and other machining operations
Plan machining processes, define cutting parameters, and improve cycle times
Lead trials and prove-out activities for recent components on CNC machines
Select and optimize cutting tools, fixtures, and work holding solutions
Troubleshoot shop floor issues and provide technical support towards production.
Train machine operators and ensure effective utilization of CNC machines.
Maintain process documentation, setup sheets, program records and Tool data Sheets
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Safety,

Candidate Profile
B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
38 years of experience in CNC programming and machining operations
Solid exposure to turning and milling operations in CNC Machines.
Hands-on experience in Programming and proveout of CNC Machines, process planning, tooling, and cycle time Optimization
Valuable problem-solving skills and ability to work closely with shop floor team
Willing to work in Shifts.
